Return Policy

DAMAGES

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your stencil is damaged please let us know so we can send you a replacement right away. We may ask you to return the damaged stencil to us and will require you use the original packaging and box to do so. Any problems/damages to the stencils must be reported within 30 days upon receipt of your package.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we do not carry stencils in stock. All of our stencils are cut AFTER your purchase is made, just for you. We have several thousand of designs (some of those having up to 12 different size choices each). Due to this, we do not and cannot carry our stencils in stock. If a problem should arise, or you have a concern with your order please contact us at info@TheStencilsmith.com If for some reason we choose to accept a return, we would refund minus original shipping and a 25% 'restock' fee (since we do not stock our stencils, any returns basically sit for a while (hoping for a new home) or are given away in our 'giveaways' or eventually get tossed, as we do not and simply cannot carry stock.
