Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site and click "review orders" under the My Orders section to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If the order is already in process, please e-mail us at info@thestencilsmith.com, or call us at 614-876-4350 and we can assist you.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site and click "review orders / track packages" to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site, click "review order / track packages" to track your order status.  If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper (USPS) to confirm that your package was delivered.  You may want to verify the shipping address you entered when creating your order. Our shipping label is generated directly from the information you provide during the order checkout process. If you are unable to locate your package with the USPS, or there is no tracking number, please contact us at info@thestencilsmith.com or 614-876-4350.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site, then click on "review orders" under the My Orders section. From here you can verify your order and all items you should have received. In the unlikely event you find an item that was not included in your package, please contact us at info@thestencilsmith.com or 614-876-4350.
