Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping within the U.S.A is $3.99 for orders under $35. First class shipping is 2 to 5 days within the U.S. (depending on location). Free shipping is applied to orders equal to or more than $35 . Priority shipping (1 to 3 days within the U.S. depending on location) is a $8.99 for orders under $35, or $5.00 additional for orders over $35. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to Express, please contact us at info@thestencilsmith.com or 614-876-4350. Each rate will be different depending on the weight of your package and the destination.


Shipping to Canada is $12.99 USD for orders under $100.00 USD. Shipping times on International First Class vary greatly. Free shipping is applied on orders equal or more than $100.00 USD. Priority or Express shipping are upgrades. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express, please contact us at info@thestencilsmith.com or 614-876-4350. Each rate will be different depending on the weight of your package and the destination.

Shipping to all other International countries is $18.99 USD. Shipping times on International First Class vary greatly. Free shipping is applied on orders equal or more than $150.00 USD. Priority or Express shipping are upgrades. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express, please contact us at info@thestencilsmith.com or 614-876-4350. Each rate will be different depending on the weight of your package and the destination.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERs MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTY FEES OUTLINED BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT REGARDING RATES AND FEES BEFORE ORDERING WITH THE STENCILSMITH LLC. ORDERS RETURNED FOR DUTY OR TAX FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

What is your return policy?
 
DAMAGES

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your stencil is damaged please let us know so we can send you a replacement right away. We may ask you to return the damaged stencil to us and will require you use the original packaging and box to do so. Any problems/damages to the stencils must be reported within 30 days upon receipt of your package.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we do not carry stencils in stock. All of our stencils are cut AFTER your purchase is made, just for you. We have several thousand of designs (some of those having up to 12 different size choices each). Due to this, we do not and cannot carry our stencils in stock. If a problem should arise, or you have a concern with your order please contact us at info@TheStencilsmith.com If for some reason we choose to accept a return, we would refund minus original shipping and a 25% 'restock' fee (since we do not stock our stencils, any returns basically sit for a while (hoping for a new home) or are given away in our 'giveaways' or eventually get tossed, as we do not and simply cannot carry stock. Thank you for your understanding.

When will my order ship?
  We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped out within 3 business days (not including  Saturdays or Sundays). You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site , then click on "review orders / track packages" to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
